GAConf USA takes place online on 19–20 October 2026. The organiser describes free remote access through Zoom or YouTube, with community discussion and speaker questions on Discord.
This is a conference about game accessibility for disabled players, not a general games expo. The format brings developers together with accessibility advocates to discuss practical work and case studies.
A useful option without a flight
I’d start here if you want to understand an accessibility problem from the player’s perspective as well as the production side. Choose a session relevant to something your team can change, and keep time for the discussion around it.
The programme uses Pacific time. Convert individual session times for your location and follow the official registration instructions. The Seattle social mixer was on 2 October; it is not an in-person version of the two online conference days.
