Game Industry Conference lists 21–24 October 2026 in Poznań. Its timetable separates the Wednesday kickoff and pitching events from the core conference days, which begin on Thursday 22 October.

The on-site business meeting system requires a Business Pass. I’d check that first if publishing conversations are the purpose of the trip. Recruitment activities and the consumer-facing Poznań Game Arena are not interchangeable with the conference programme.
