The Game Awards 2026 takes place on Thursday, 10 December, with a live broadcast from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
For most readers, I’d put this on the watch-at-home calendar. The livestream lets you follow the awards and announcements without turning a broadcast into a flight and hotel bill.
If you do want to attend, the organiser says limited public tickets go on sale on 29 October through AXS. Don’t mistake that ticket-sale date for the date of the ceremony.
Ceremony: 10 December 2026
Venue: Peacock Theater, Los Angeles
Public ticket sales: start 29 October through the organiser’s AXS link
Watching online: a livestream is confirmed, but the announcement cited here doesn’t give a start time
Checked on 16 October 2026. Check the organiser’s site for broadcast times and ticket availability closer to the event.
